The search of old tastes and typical local products authenticity is the inspirer principle of our cooking, according to the new alimentary culture. In fact, here you can enjoy old and typical recipes made exclusively with ingredients produced by ourselves or in local farms.

All of our production is strictly made in a natural way without adding chemical additives or preservatives:
Tomato's preserve: home-made manufacturing produced both in form of "passata" (tomatoes' pulp) and "pezzetti" (tomatoes are cutted in small pieces);
Jams: "La sclucchiata" is the typical vinegar jam; otherwise you can taste the more classical jams obtained from peaches and cherries.
Vegetables preserved in oil: courgettes, aubergines, pickles, French beans.
Other productions: "cipollata" (obtained from onion), Peppers and Tomatoes, grilled peppers, "Nocino" (a type of liquor), "Vino Cotto" (cooked wine).
